Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

Membership Services

Your membership includes access to:

Membership does not include:

  • SR-22 insurance itself

  • Guarantee of reinstatement without completing official requirements

All legal consultations or attorney services are delivered only by independent licensed attorneys through referral partnerships. Using DUI-Help.org does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Partner Services

Our platform may refer you to:

  • SR-22 insurance providers

  • Ignition Interlock Device (IID) installers

  • DUI programs and classes

These partners are independent third parties. We are not responsible for their actions, pricing, outcomes, or performance.

Payments

Membership fees are charged at the time of purchase. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Upload truthful information

  • Complete your requirements within proper deadlines

Failure to complete any legal requirements is solely your responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Court or DMV decisions

  • Delays caused by government agencies

  • Errors in documents not prepared by us

  • Missed deadlines outside our control

  • Outcomes of legal cases or hearings

  • Actions of partner agencies or attorneys

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DUI-Help.org’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the membership.
